Ambassador from the Republic of Kazakhstan to Canada and concurrent ambassador to the republic of Cuba, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, on Thursday evening became the first Kazakhstan ambassador to be accredited to the Caribbean community. The ambassador spoke of plans to strengthen ties with Guyana. Royden James reports.
