Several state agencies are now in a ‘stand alone’ position regarding how they will be allowed to control their own fiscal management. Aimed at allowing constitutional bodies financial freedom and indepence, the National assembly on Thursday passed the fiscal management and accountability bill. Erica Williams reports.
