189 grams of cannabis sativa were found in a canter (GZZ 3963) that was stopped at the Annai Station Checkpoint by police in the region around 23:00 hours on Sunday.
Five suspects are now in police custody assisting with investigations.
The police report states that one of the five suspects admitted ownership of the bag containing the prohibited substance but the driver and other suspects all were acting suspicious, hence they were all detained for questioning.
