FORMER ATTORNEY GENERAL LOSES APPEAL IN LIBEL SUIT BY FORMER DEPUTY SOLICITOR GENERAL

The Caribbean Court of Justice has ruled that former Attorney General Basil Williams, SC, is not entitled to any immunity that can prevent him from being sued in his personal capacity. The ruling comes against a lawsuit former Deputy Solicitor General Prithima Kissoon filed in 2017. Find out more in this Tiana Cole report.
