Former Prime Minister Sam Hinds gives his view on the issue of
ethnic composition of GECOM’s staff. It is the contention of Mr. Hinds that PPP-
nominated GECOM commissioner Robeson Benn was undiplomatic with his
comments on the issue, but nevertheless, Hinds maintains his party’s position on
