After more than two weeks since the Local Government Elections took place, the Guyana Elections Commission has finally addressed the public. According to their statement, the Commission expressed satisfaction with the conduct of the elections. They further reported that no complaints had been received to challenge the legitimacy of the electoral process. Renata Burnette reports.
