GOVERNMENT IS NOT OBLIVIOUS TO THE CHINESE LANDING DISPUTE AND MUST ACT FAST, URGES PNCR EXECUTIVE

Executive Member of the People’s National Congress Reform, Mervyn Williams, has argued that the long-standing Chinese Landing dispute is too grave a problem for indigenous village leaders to plead with Government for its intervention in bringing about a solution at the ongoing 2022 National Toshaos Council Conference. He maintains that while there is a need for more solidarity among Indigenous leaders in tackling the injustices facing one of their villages, the Government is aware of the problem and should take urgent action.
