GOVERNMENT NOT TURNING ITS BACK ON YOUTHS

Minister of Public Security Khemraj Ramjattan says that no Government should turn its back on its youth. He said a component of the Citizen Security Strengthening Program is aimed at reducing youth involvement in crime. Here is more from Javone Vickerie.
