The CCJ refrained from naming a precise timing in which elections must be held however, the Court pointed to aspects in the constitution which deals with specifics regarding the passage of a No-Confidence Motion. The CCJ also expressed the view that the Government will continue as a caretaker for the affairs of the county adding that while in that caretaker capacity it should be restrained in the use of its legal authority.
