The date for the celebration of festival of light, Diwali, has brought about some amount of Darkness between the Government and the leading Hindu body. It’s a case of protocol versus religion. The body sees the government’s decision to set November 10 as Diwali holiday as total disrespect for their beliefs. Jessica Daw explains.
