Leader of the AFC, Khemraj Ramjattan, says that the PPP/C is seeking to adopt Kazakhstan’s model of managing oil wealth instead of utilizing the natural resources fund. His comments come after Guyana’s political and oil and gas landscape was brought into focus by two US Congressmen.
