Wales Gas-to-Energy Project Legal Dispute:

The Government of Guyana and contractor Lindsayca/CH4 now have 28 days to determine whether they will submit the rulings—or any portion of the rulings—to arbitration as the dispute moves forward. The decision could significantly affect the Wales Gas-to-Energy project and related contractual obligations.
