The Guyana Public service Union is raising concerns over the apparent slothfulness with which collective bargaining negotiations with the Government is proceeding. In addressing the GPSU’s concern, Minister Trotman says the Government has not concluded the talks but other critical matters of state may have forced a pause. Royden James has more.
