Tiana Cole reports that a City Magistrate has dismissed a case filed by Godfrey Statia, the Commissioner-General of the Guyana Revenue Authority, against Atlantic Fuels Inc, led by its Director, Dr. Richard Van West Charles. The case was related to allegations of making a false customs declaration.
