GRANGER RECOMMENDS COMMON AGRICULTURAL POLICY AS PATHWAY TO REDUCING REGIONAL FOOD INSECURITY

Granger has proposed the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) to address food insecurity in Guyana and the wider Caribbean region. He believes that adopting CAP will not only assist in combating food insecurity but also contribute to the goal of reducing the regional food import bill by 25% by 2025.
