While the Minister of Legal Affairs complains of delaying tactics by the CLE for Guyana to establish its own Law School through a joint venture partnership with theUniversity of the Caribbean (UCC) and the Law College of the Americas (LCA), the Minister is adamant that the school will be realized. In 2017 an MOU was signed between the Government and the UCC/LCA for the setting up of the school here. Already a plot of land has been identified for the school.
