During budget debates at the Arthur Chung Conference Center on Tuesday honourable member of parliament representing government’s business Lee Williams proffered that indigenous people did not benefit from a good life under the Coalition government while Vinceroy Jordan representing the opposition Coalition noted that the 2020 budget does not cater for the development of the livelihoods of residents of region five.
