Preliminary results released by the Ministry of Education on Monday indicate a 3 percent increase in pass rate by students who sat the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) examinations and the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) this year when compared to 2021.
