GUYANA TO ADOPT CARICOM’S MODERN ARBITRATION BILL THIS YEAR ATTORNEY GENERAL

Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs Anil Nandlall have disclosed that adopting a modern arbitration bill formulated by CARICOM is high on his agenda for 2022.
