The Health Minister is now contending that his Ministry should have been the first to be informed of suspected cases of the new COVID-19 variant in Guyana. This gripe comes on the heels of the Minister announcing that Guyana does not have the capability to test
for the new strain, shortly after Eureka Laboratory revealing that it had identified several suspected cases. Temika Rodney tells us more.
