As the prevalence of domestic violence continues to climb locally, the Help and Shelter non-governmental organization calls on the perpetrators of abuse to make optimal use of its support services. While the organization’s emphasis is still on helping the victims of abuse, a two-pronged approach that will see the perpetrators getting involved must yield better results in curbing this societal scourge.
