Parts of the coastland, moreso Georgetown were flooded recently, but over the Christmas weekend there was ample evidence that the drainage systems works. A team of young Dutch engineers visited earlier this year to assess the irrigation system in the capital. In this report from Handel Duncan we will find out the usefulness of that assessment.
