Opposition leader Bharrat Jagdeo says he will respect the decision of the Caribbean court of justice which debars him from running for a third term, but said many persons wanted him to be their presidential candidate. Mr. Jagdeo said he will remain the PPP’s boss and intends to be a formal part of the PPP’s Government, should his party win the next elections. Royden James reports.
