In a significant development in the public health sector, the Ministry of Health, in collaboration with several international organizations, has launched its One Health Initiative. The primary objective of this initiative is to promote better public health outcomes by facilitating the communication and collaboration of multiple sectors to design and implement policies, programs, legislation, and research.
