Inclusivity of minority parties necessary for effective electoral reform – GECOM commission

GECOM Commissioner, Vincent Alexander, believes that minority political parties in Guyana, need to be given a greater stake in electoral reforms and not just in the National Assembly, as the ruling party controls the majority at that forum.
