JAGDEO CRITICISES THE EARLY PRESENTATION OF NATIONAL BUDGETS

The Opposition Leader Bharrat Jagdeo is of the opinion that
the Speaker of the National Assembly Dr. Barton Scotland,
should be trained on matters related to governance in order to
