The fraud trial of Former Minister of Public Service Jennifer Westford continued on Thursday in the Magistrates Court with testimony by the Chief Accountant in the Ministry of the Presidency. Here now is Javone Vickerie.

Former Public Service Minister Dr. Jennifer Westford and her former Personal Assistant Margaret Cummings walked out of the Georgetown Magistrates Court as free women, acquitted of all 24 counts of misappropriation of government funds. The Magistrate in the case ruled that the charges were “Bad in law”.

The defense in the multi million dollar fraud case involving former public service Minister Jennifer Westford and her personal assistant made a no case submission on Tuesday. Javone Vickerie reports.
