When the dust had settled on the People’s National Congress reform’s 21st Biennial Congress, which was held on Saturday to elect news leaders, party stalwart Aubrey Norton had emerged as the new leader in a landslide victory which saw him obtaining more than half of the 1,280 and over 700 than his chief competitor Joseph Harmon.
