With regards to that LEAD Project, the Canadian Contractor Glenn Bradbury who was tasked with the overseeing of the project – has incurred the wrath of the PPP government. The PPP says he has engaged himself in the political affairs of the Guyana, to the extent of violating Guyana’s sovereignty.
