LITTERING REMAINS AN ISSUE IN THE CITY

Georgetown Mayor Pandit Ubraj believes that littering in the city has gotten to the level where drastic measures need to be taken. As such he has proposed  an additional $40,000 fine for litterbugs. Here is Yaniss Abrams with the details.
