MADURO AVOIDS TALKS ON BORDER CONTROVERSY

After President David Granger spent much of his inaugural address to the United Nations General assembly addressing the Guyana/Venezuela border controversy; Venezuela’s president Nicholas Maduro dodged the topic when his turn came around to address the world leaders.
