Opposition Member of Parliament Ganesh Mahipaul, who appeared before the Public Service Appellate tribunal on Tuesday regarding his alleged wrongful dismissal, says that the appellate body has found that his appeal has merit, and April 19th has been set as the date when submissions will be heard.
