A 24-year-old man of Haslington, East Coast Demerara, who, along with a Ministry of Public Works vehicle, was allegedly involved in Saturday’s fatal accident on the Foulis Public Road, ECD has sought to clear his name from the incident and calls for the Guyana Police Force to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter.
