A Police Constable is now in custody after shooting a man to his groin area in Kwakwani Wednesday afternoon. According to Police report, two constables attached to the Kwakwani Police Station responded to a report of a man assaulting a woman in a house at the Kwakwani Airstrip Road. The man has been identified as 40-year-old Keanon Harry. When the police arrived at the scene, the woman was bleeding from her face. Police says the ranks intervened, “whereupon Keanon Harry became aggressive towards the police and attacked one of the ranks, resulting in a scuffle during which he was shot to his groin area. Keanon Harry has been admitted to the Linden Hospital Complex.” Investigations are continuing into the incident
