GECOM’S Region Four Returning Officer – Clairmont Mingo – and PNC/R Chairperson – Volda Lawrence, appeared on Friday morning at the Georgetown Magistrates Court to answer to charges of electoral fraud committed at the recently concluded 2020 General and Regional Elections.
