In light of recent accusations leveled against Director of sports, Neil Kumar, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports is distancing itself from the unconfirmed illegalities. The ministry also says that if anyone is in breach of the law they will be held accountable. Kingsley Bryan reports.
