Mocha chairman pleads with the government to fix roads after the deaths of siblings

Residents of Barnwell North in Mocha are adamant that the lives of the three siblings who perished on that  Wednesday morning may have been saved if the access road to the home was not in such an impassable and deplorable state. Following the disaster, Chairman of the Mocha-Arcadia Neighbourhood Democratic Council, Rudolph Adams is calling on the government to do more for the community including better roads, to avoid more fatalities.
