Nightly news reporter Joel Vogt reports that, six months after a City Magistrate directed businessman Richie Shaw to pay a $4.9 million fine to the Guyana Revenue Authority for unlawfully importing chicken worth three times the amount, several other individuals have been prosecuted for chicken smuggling.
