Despite the cancellation of most events for this year’s Phagwah observance, many Guyanese seemingly adjusted to the new normal and celebrated the festival of colors in their yards on Sunday President Ali touting the government’s inoculation plan assured that this time around next year, celebrations would return to some normalcy.
