A number of new initiatives have been identified by the Guyana National Bureau of Standards to begin in 2019, including a new National Quality Infrastructure. Yaniss Abrams Reports .
The Guyana National Bureau of Standards will be commencing on new initiatives in 2019, one of them being building a new state of the art National Quality Infrastructure. Since 2017, The Inter-American Bank has funded the project with $9 million US dollars. Public Relations Officer of the agency Lloyd David said that the designs are currently being reviewed and construction in the Sophia Exhibition Centre should begin in the new year.
