The blame game on who is responsible for the current financial status of the National Insurance Scheme continues. Vice President Bharrat Jagdeo claims that the NIS is bankrupt and that APNU/AFC should be blamed. The APNU/AFC fired back, saying that Mr Jagdeo depleted the NIS funds.
