For 2019, the Guyana Sugar Cooperation (GUYSUCO) has not been catered for under the Ministry of Agriculture. For 2018, $6.3B was budgeted for the Cooperation. That sum was later revised to $10.6B. Here is Minister of Agriculture – Noel Holder.
