Despite the rainy weather, the 2023 Costume and Float Parade was a massive success, with revelers coming out in large numbers to participate and witness the event. The parade showcased a variety of creative bands with themes that highlighted Guyana’s booming economy and the One Guyana mantra, promoting national unity.
