in just one year, Guyana has been able to administer in excess of 850,000 COVID-19 vaccines to its populace. Though the country has not yet achieved herd immunity where 80%-85% of its population is fully inoculated, Health Minister, Dr Frank Anthony has expressed sincere gratitude to the healthcare providers and other stakeholders who have contributed majorly to the vaccination campaigns.
