The main Opposition Party walked out of Parliament on Monday after House Speaker Manzoor Nadir shut down a motion by Opposition Leader Aubrey Norton, seeking constitutional and legal amendments to allow for a clean voters list.

Opposition chief whip Gail Teixeira, seeks sanctions against the Natural resources Minister for allegedly misleading the house in a grievous manner. The issue has been sent to the privileges committee. Handel Duncan reports.
