PARLIAMENT IS A TALK SHOP; GOVERNMENT EXPLOITS ONE SEAT MAJORITY’ ASSERTS AFC CHAIRMAN

 Parliament in Guyana has descended into a talk shop and a place where the Government of the day uses its one-seat majority to stymie efforts by the opposition to hold them accountable- the position of Chairman of the Alliance For Change, Catherine Hughes, as she defended the move by the coalition to boycott the last sitting of the National Assembly where $44.8B in supplementary funding was approved.
