Antonio Dey reports that David Patterson, the Shadow Minister for Natural Resources, has expressed his opinion that the Guyana Power & Light Company (GPL) will not be capable of accommodating the proposed 300-megawatt power plant at Wales unless the state agency improves its power generation capacity.
