The Guyana postal and telecommunication workers Union is seeking damages against Telephone company GTT, among other things, for failing to comply with what the union term’s GTT’s statutory obligations. GTT has already announced that it will be getting rid of some 120 of its staff over the next twelve-month period. More from Royden James.
