Mark Benschop who heads the Independent party has not and will not publish a manifesto, but he’s saying that the manifestos of the two major parties are not really intended to address the development of the country but to garner votes. He was very critical of the PPP/C manifesto, referring to the document as a repetition of failed projects. Royden James has the details.
