Minister of Public Health – Volda Lawrence recalls repeated ill-
procurement practices under the PPP Government.
Earlier in the 2019 budget debates in the National Assembly –
Opposition Shadow Health Minister, Dr. Frank Anthony had focused his
presentation on flaws in drug procurement, rental and overpayment by
the Health Ministry.
However, when Minister of Public Health – Volda Lawrence took the
house, back to a newspaper article published in 2013, under the tenure
of the PPP Government.
